Here are a few of the services we offer for personal computer repairs.
Scheduling a repair is as simple as selecting the type of repair below and filling out the booking form.
Please use the booking form on the left to schedule a repair. We are currently working with Phoenix Designs & Apparel to facilitate the safe storage and handling of your device until one of our analyst can collect your device for repair.
Price: $150
Includes:
Every repair includes a full antivirus/malware scan of your PC, a physical cleaning, as well as, 1.5 hours of repair time.
What we need:
Laptop, Power Cord, Laptop Bag (if available)
Turnaround Time:
Our current turnaround time is approx. 3-5 business days for personal computer repairs.
How it works:
After booking your repair a technician will contact you as soon as they start to work on your device to get more details about the repair and to gather any additional information they may need to complete your repair.
For the added peace of mind we do not charge for repairs that take less than 15 minutes to complete, sometimes it just happens that way.
If in the event that the repair will require additional time we currently charge $100/hr for repairs billed in fifteen minute increments. If your repair requires a refresh or re-install of windows EMBR Technology with provide a backup of your data along with restoring it to your device if you choose.
